Sarah St. Clair

Sarah M. St. Clair is the Director, People Services, for Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. She holds a M.S. Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a B.S. Psychology from Radford University and joined the firm in 1994. Based in McLean, VA, Sarah and her team of business partners oversee all facets of HR delivery date of hire through the employee lifecycle including employee relations, employment principles, assessment and development. Most recently, Sarah held global responsible for offices worldwide and directly managed the stand up of a new Career Development Model for the firm.
