Rob Keeling
Rob Keeling is the Vice President of Diversity at Capital One, where he is responsible for leading the company’s diversity strategy and initiatives on behalf of over 32,000 associates across the company’s many lines of business. Partnering with business leaders within business units, Rob and his team also coordinate localized strategies via Diversity Councils.
In 2006, Capital One was honored among Working Mother magazine’s “100 Best” and in 2007 was named to Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” and the Human Right’s Campaign’s “Top Employers for GLBT Equality”.
In his 11 years with Capital One, Rob has helped launch new offices in China, the United Kingdom and the United States. He has led the Diversity team since 1999, when he created the position. Prior to joining Capital One, he lived in Mexico and owned a residential design firm.
Rob is an Executive Committee member of the Family Pride board of directors and recently served on the Conference Board’s Council of Diversity Executives. He is a graduate of The George Washington University, where he received his M.A. in Education and Human Development.
